I can’t keep it in, I hope that this gentle reminder will bear fruits, to help the clubs that we have known and appreciated for so long.

Covid is behind us now and hopefully for a long time.

The clubs which have welcomed us for years, where we have learned to play bridge, where we have often, with the help of the owners, found a partner, where we have been able to meet opponents of all levels, are for the moment somewhat neglected, and for several on life support.

Let’s not wait to say to each other: it’s a shame that my club is closing, I should have, if only out of loyalty, abandoned virtual bridge and presented myself face-to-face. In this way, the club, where I have played for so many years, would have remained open and I would not have to say: I should have.
